Solid custom-made flywheel for a conversion of Mercedes Benz OM606 / OM605 engine with Nissan Patrol ZD30, clutch 275mm OD.

Our flywheels are made of solid steel which has high density and durability that withstands the vibrations and tensions while the engine runs.
Designed with FARO ARM, and CAM/CAD software to ensure high-precision and accuracy. During the manufacturing process, we include a combo of milling, turning, and drilling to give you a part that is meticulously crafted, efficient, and reliable. Every flywheel is balanced after fabrication process.
The kit includes:
- CNC machined flywheel
- phosphor bronze bushing
- six steel spacers to adapt an original flex plate from Mercedes-Benz automatic transmission gearbox starting ring
Clutch compatibility: Nissan Patrol ZD30 pressure plate and disc.
CNC Billet.
