M57 Pre-Lift to Toyota R150 Adapter Plate

Description

Adapter plate for conversion of  BMW M57 pre-lift engine model with Toyota R150 gearbox.                                                                                                                                                                                Not sure if your engine is a ‘pre-lift’ or ‘lift’ model. Not to worry, please refer to the last picture and simply measure the distance between these two dwell pins, and that will be your answer. 

To connect them use the following bolts:                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                      – M12 x 35mm  socket head countersunk – 4x                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                             – M8 x 35mm socket head countersunk – 4x

How to check the engine model…  Just measure the distance between the two dwell pins on the engine.  The parameter is used to define whether it is pre-lift or lift engine model. The total of 316mm is adequate to pre-lift.
